USBase LLC ("USBase", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through usbase.com and by email or chat, how we use it, who we share it with and what choices you have.

1. Data we collect

What we collect depends on how you use the website and which services you order. In many cases you can choose whether to give us data, but some services cannot be provided without it.

Data you give us

• Name, nationality, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and postal address.
• Company details such as company name and the names of owners, members or managers.
• Copies of identity documents (for example a passport) and details in them, such as date and place of birth.
• Tax identifiers (SSN, ITIN, EIN) where a service requires them.
• Payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers.
• Anything you write in forms, emails or chat messages.

Data collected automatically

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.

Data from other sources

• People arranging services for you (for example an employer or business partner), our service providers, and public sources such as government databases.

2. Why we use it

• To provide the services you request and communicate with you about your order.
• To prepare and submit filings to the IRS and state agencies on your behalf.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and keep records.
• To improve the website and our services, and to provide customer support.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from courts and authorities.

Where we rely on legitimate interests we balance them against your rights. Where we need your consent, we ask for it separately.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

• With government agencies, registered agents and other parties to the extent needed to deliver your service (for example submitting your application to the IRS).
• With contractors and service providers that support our business, such as payment, email and hosting providers, who may use the data only to provide services to us.
• With a successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or transfer of the business.
• When required by law, court order or government request, or to enforce our agreements.

USBase LLC is based in the United States, and your data is stored and processed in the United States and, where our providers operate, other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Communication with us is not protected by attorney-client privilege because USBase LLC is not a law firm.

4. How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as needed to perform your service, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and handle disputes. After a service is complete we delete much of the data we hold; some records, such as payment records and the identifiers and documents needed to show what was filed, are kept longer.

5. How we protect it

We use physical, technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access and alteration. No system on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent. Email [email protected]. We may decline a request where doing so would break a law or a legal requirement. If you are in the EU, UK or California you may have additional rights under local law; contact us to exercise them.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make substantive changes we will post the new version here with a new date.
